To create a new account, click Create an Account. Complete the process; check your email and click the supplied link to verify your account email.
Once you have an account, enter your desired meeting date and time, then click Search for a Space. On the next screen, pick a space, then log in to your account to complete your reservation. Repeat the process for additional reservations.

Your event is important to us! Our packages accommodate the style, size and complexity of any event, ranging from Self-Service to Concierge Service, where a dedicated event expert helps you make your special function a success.

Basic free meeting service during library operating hours
You reserve your space online *
You set up and return the room to its pre-event state
You run your event, including managing agendas, vendors and finances
Drop-off/unstaffed catering permitted
Upgrade to Select or Concierge Service to sell tickets, charge an entry fee, sell goods or services, or accept donations.
Upgrade to Concierge Service to reserve 50-100% of the library, serve alcohol, or use a full-service caterer with banquet staff.
